Majic Genie is an Online Advertising / Marketing and Business Services system, not a website.   However, it is also very versatile. For those businesses who don't have a website, they can use their home-page and ad pages they create in Majic Genie as their website, if they chose to do so. 

For car dealers and real-estate brokers who may already have their own website, Majic Genie can be set up and trained to Automatically scan your existing website and enter your vehicle or real-estate listings into our Search Engine. Post a new listing, the Genie will automatically include it in our search engine.  Edit, delete only your one existing site, and automatically the Genie will make the changes to it's listings.   When someone clicks on our list,   you can set it up so that they are taken to Your existing website.

MajicGenie is just as powerful for businesses that do part or all of their business with other businesses, as it is for stores that sell mostly or only to the consumer market. 

When a busienss posts an Ad on our site, they can select the ad to be searchabel and viewable by the general public, or, they can select it to be only searchable by other businesses.  A Business to Business only ad.  (or they can select both).  Businesses can also set up B2B sales alerts to receive B2B ads that match their keywords. Looking for another merchant's account vendor, a new sign maker, or a sale on embrodiered shirt or hats? It is just as easy to post a B2B ad on Majic Genie as any other ad.

Those businesses who do not want to pay for a standard commercial account at this time, we strongly urge them to open a free non-posting commercial account.  The free business listing account allows the business to search the B2B ads, and receive B2B emails of their choosing.   They also get a free listing on the search pages, however their listings will always be posted below the paid accounts, and their listings will be simple and without any links to their website, etc.  They will also not be able to post sales or commercial ads. Only the business name, address and phone number (like the free Yellow Page listings). 

Other uses for Businesses is to use the email lists for in-house use, such as communicating to employees, or sales people, etc.    Company events can be posted as private events and emailed to selected members.

Paid Retail Store Accounts are given 1,000 Customer Appreciation Vouchers. The first purpose of the  Voucher is to help the participating business build up their email list.  Offering your customer an Appreciation Coupon is a proven means of building a more loyal customer base.  Having more of your customers join your email list means that you can send ads to those customers very easily by just sending an email from the Majic Genie's list manager.  You can send your most loyal customers special discount ads and weekly or monthly newsletters, etc. 

The Customer Appreciation Voucher is a voucher for a special discount Coupon offered by the retail business to their customers in exchange for that customer signing up to the store's email list.  

On the Customer Appreciation Voucher is a Majic Code unique to that business.  The customer goes to www.MajicGenie.com and enters in the Majic Code.  This takes them to a special coupon page for the retail business that gave them the voucher.  To be able to print out the coupon the customer must agree to join the store's email list.  (Try out our Demo - click here to open a new page with our home page. The vouchers are printed on gloss coated heavy post card stock in full color.  For 1,000 of these cards the typical printing costs alone would run no less than $38 to well over $50 or much more,  depending on the printer.  We give each participating retail store 1,000 cards to help them build up their email list, this is included in the annual subscription price.

The Customer Appreciation Vouchers serve another very important key purpose: 
They drive significant numbers of people to the Majic Genie website.  During the pre-launch period we will sign up at minimum over 300 local participating retail stores.   Each store will be given 1,000 Vouchers. That comes out to 300,000 (or more) vouchers.   On average each store will pass out ~ 15 vouchers per day (some stores will pass out fewer, some much more).  At 15 per day that will take just over 2 months to pass out the 300,000 vouchers.  Even if only 1 out of 3 people who get a voucher come to the site,  that will be 100,000 local shoppers finding out about the site in just the first 2 months just from these vouchers.

Yes, we do offer Free Business Listings.  The Free Business Listing is a great way for your company to get local internet traffic exposure, at no cost to you, and to see just how effect a paid subscription could be, without risk or obligation.    

How the Free Listing works.    First, what do we mean by a 'listing'.   The 'listing' aspect of our site is basically that of a local sales / business Search Engine.    People who come to the site searching for Local Sales and Bargains will enter in keywords for what they are looking for.  What comes up is a Listing,  similar to a Google or Yahoo or Bing search result list page.   And, just like other major search engine lists,  when a person sees what they are looking for, they can click on the list and the search engine delivers them to the associated website page. 

That is how it works for a Standard Paid Business account.   But, the Free Business Listing only gets a Listing that appears on the search result list page. That listing does not have any links to any ads, or websites.   

The Free Listing displays the following info:

Company Name	Short Description of Goods/Services	Address	Phone #

It is similar to a yellow page free listing, but we do allow a little bit more information in the short description.

A paid listing can add an optional photo and more detailed description of the item or services their ad is promoting. The paid listing will typically not include the
phone and address, but will link to that company's posted ad(s) on the MajicGenie site, or links to their main website.    

A free account will not have access to the Email List Manager, cannot post business or commercial ads, is not a recipient of the Price Request Quotes, and it's listings are not sent out in response to user's Alert Requests.
